Role Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution for both B2C and B2B audiences. This role drives brand awareness, generates qualified leads, and increases website traffic while creating messaging that resonates with diverse audiences. You will work closely with our Social Media & Design Specialist and Events Project Coordinator to ensure alignment with company growth goals. Recruitment marketing or agency experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, A/B test landing pages, and track performance using GA4, SE Ranking, and HubSpot.

Paid Media: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and social media.

HubSpot Management: Administer and optimize email campaigns, marketing automation workflows, MQL scoring, dashboards, and data management.

Content Strategy & Creation: Develop blog posts, case studies, white papers, lead magnets, and other audience-specific content.

Audience Messaging: Craft tailored messaging for both B2C and B2B segments.

Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and create dashboards with Looker Studio or other visualization tools.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to support events, sales, and brand initiatives.
Qualifications

4–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in startups or B2B environments.

Expert in HubSpot Marketing Hub (certification a plus).

Proven writing, storytelling, and content creation skills for B2C and B2B audiences.

Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media strategy, and Google Analytics (GA4).

Experience in recruitment marketing, staffing, or agency settings preferred.
