About the Role
This leadership role provides strategic financial expertise while shaping the vision, mission, and strategy of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function in alignment with US GAAP reporting. The position partners closely with the CFO and senior leaders to drive transformation initiatives, resource allocation, and continuous improvement across the finance organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead FP&A and related functions, ensuring accountability for results.

Partner with CFO and senior finance leaders on transformation strategies.

Contribute to cross-departmental initiatives impacting long-term strategy.

Promote innovation and process improvements in finance systems.

Act as escalation point for issues involving departments and third parties.

Oversee performance management, goal-setting, and compensation decisions.

Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and project spend.
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.

15+ years in accounting/finance, including 10+ years in management.

Proven track record in strategic finance leadership and transformation initiatives.

Strong organizational management skills for complex, multi-department projects.

Excellent communication (oral & written) and leadership skills.

Advanced MS Office, Excel, and financial systems expertise.
Preferred:

CPA or advanced degree.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $245,000 – $300,000 annually (actual depends on qualifications, location, and experience).
