Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary financial advisor to SBS leadership, delivering insights and recommendations for strategic planning.

Lead development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans aligned with corporate goals.

Ensure accurate forecasting, analysis, and reporting of bookings and revenue.

Present financial updates and recommendations to the CFO, EVP, and senior leadership.

Design and deliver financial and operational reports, including pipeline health, renewals, and services revenue.

Analyze trends, KPIs, and variances to identify risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.

Develop financial models for pricing strategies, investment planning, and resource allocation.

Build dashboards and scorecards to track sales performance and business health.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Professional Services) to align financial planning with business priorities.

Support strategic initiatives such as product launches, customer success, and pricing optimization.

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of finance and business analysts, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting accuracy, and decision-support tools.
What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

10+ years in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in revenue forecasting and P&L modeling.

5+ years in leadership roles managing finance/business teams.

Strong understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition standards, and SaaS/services-based models.

Proven analytical, modeling, and business insight skills.

Experience collaborating with sales and business units.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications

MBA or CPA.

Experience with Workday, Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, PowerBI, CaptivateIQ, or CPQ software.

Strong business development, negotiation, and marketing skills.
Compensation Range
USD $136,500 – $245,600 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
