About the Role
We are seeking a Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize our Oracle Cloud HCM platform, with emphasis on Recruiting, Onboarding, Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll. As a key functional liaison to the HR and Payroll teams, you’ll be central to ongoing configuration, change management, and lifecycle support within Cedars-Sinai’s ERP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud HCM modules (HR, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.)

Configure and optimize ERP systems, including functional design and lifecycle management

Translate operational and departmental needs into system requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project milestones and implementation timelines

Manage post-go-live support and enhancements in cloud and on-premise environments

Participate in change control, system integration testing, upgrades, and documentation

Utilize Service Center tools for change tracking, user app security, and workflow configuration

Support technical migration, testing, and ongoing system improvements
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of hands-on ERP systems experience, preferably with Oracle Cloud HCM

Functional ERP configuration experience across multiple HCM modules

Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and post-go-live support

Proven success in supporting enterprise applications within an ERP ecosystem
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
