PERKS:
- Base salary up to around $95K
- Annual performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, and meeting agendas.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, handling all details like reservations and itineraries.
- Track critical tasks and deadlines, ensuring follow-through with the Managing Director.
- Monitor emails for action items and ensure timely responses.
- Organize and coordinate on-site, off-site, and virtual meetings, including logistics (agenda, catering, accommodations, etc.).
- Take notes during leadership meetings and manage follow-ups.
- Plan recurring business reviews and monthly reports, ensuring timely updates and distribution.
- Manage team calendars and shared folders.
- Coordinate and assist with customer visits and hosting special guests.
- Create, format, and edit advanced PowerPoint presentations.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence.
- Support the Managing Director’s staff with urgent, special, or confidential tasks.
- Lead research and organize special projects, such as global events with participants from multiple regions.
- Prepare expense reports, process invoices, and manage budget reconciliations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S. and international executives and assistants.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned, supporting the Regional Executive Officer as needed.
