Key Responsibilities

Strategic Culinary Leadership

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking culinary vision aligned with brand identity and market trends

  • Introduce new concepts, cuisines, and experiential dining innovations

  • Guide long-term planning to position Onni as a leader in hospitality and culinary excellence

Menu & Concept Development

  • Lead creation of diverse, seasonal, and trend-forward menus across multiple outlets

  • Standardize recipes and procedures to ensure quality and consistency

  • Emphasize sustainability and local sourcing in menu design

Operational Oversight

  • Monitor and audit kitchen operations to ensure adherence to culinary, safety, and quality standards

  • Establish clear protocols for food preparation, presentation, and kitchen hygiene

  • Support continuous operational improvements across locations

Team Development & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor culinary leadership and staff

  • Foster a positive, high-performance kitchen culture focused on collaboration and innovation

  • Provide strong leadership during high-volume operations and challenging scenarios

Financial Management

  • Oversee culinary budgets, food and labor costs, and capital expenditures

  • Drive cost efficiency without compromising food quality or guest satisfaction

  • Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for improvement

Vendor & Supply Chain Management

  • Cultivate relationships with top-tier suppliers to ensure quality and consistency

  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to support cost-effective operations

  • Monitor trends in supply chain and proactively address disruptions

Guest Experience & Brand Alignment

  • Work closely with marketing and front-of-house teams to deliver memorable culinary experiences

  • Leverage customer feedback to guide continuous menu and service enhancements

  • Ensure culinary offerings reflect and elevate the Onni brand

Health, Safety & Sustainability

  • Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation standards

  • Promote sustainable sourcing and environmentally responsible kitchen practices

  • Champion initiatives that reduce food waste and environmental impact


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred)

  • Extensive leadership experience as an Executive Chef or in a comparable senior culinary role

  • In-depth knowledge of global cuisines, food trends, and best practices

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-unit culinary operations at scale

  • Strong budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis skills

  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities

  • Food safety certification preferred
