Senior Finance and ERP Manager

Introduction:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance and ERP Manager to join Cornerstone Building Brands and lead our Genesis ERP transformation. The Senior Finance and ERP Manager will design, implement, and support key financial processes—ensuring seamless integration across finance, operations, and IT. This strategic role will help build a unified financial system that enhances data accuracy, cost management, and operational efficiency across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Finance and ERP Manager

As a Senior Finance and ERP Manager, you’ll lead the enterprise-wide financial transformation through ERP innovation.

• Design and document Genesis financial process blueprints.
• Define requirements for costing, general ledger setup, and financial reporting.
• Oversee ERP deployments at manufacturing sites, including implementation and post-go-live assessments.
• Lead financial system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and conduct finance and operations training.
• Partner cross-functionally with IT and operations to maintain financial integrity.
• Establish standardized cost models and analyze production variances.
• Build and guide a team of finance professionals supporting ERP rollouts.

Required Skills and Qualifications for Senior Finance and ERP Manager

The Senior Finance and ERP Manager should possess strong analytical, leadership, and technical expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with ERP implementation background.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, and cost accounting.
• Proven success with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
