Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document, and define business needs, objectives, and requirements.

  • Track and forecast system-wide KPIs to provide valuable insights for business decision-makers.

  • Design and develop interactive, visually appealing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Leverage advanced Excel functionalities to analyze and present insights, including complex calculations, data modeling, and scenario analysis.

  • Communicate effectively with business leaders at all levels, adapting to different data and financial expertise.

  • Lead franchisee training sessions on financial data topics relevant to their business.

  • Proactively monitor and research data trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting frameworks using Tableau or PowerBI to track business performance.

  • Utilize Excel VBA/macros (if applicable) to automate repetitive tasks and improve data analysis efficiency.

  • Use SQL to query and manipulate data from multiple sources and databases.

  • Analyze data to inform and advise on future business strategies.

  • Ensure the accuracy of data and historical reports through reconciliation processes.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Pay Range: $100,000 – $115,000 annually

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior finance and data analysis role, including financial modeling.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Accounting, Finance, and Operations.

  • Expertise in SQL querying and working with relational databases for efficient data manipulation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.

  • Proficiency in Tableau/PowerBI (or similar data visualization tools) to create engaging, interactive dashboards and reports.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, graphs, scenario modeling, and VBA/macros.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities to influence, negotiate, and build lasting partnerships.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
