Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager with expertise in strategic finance, business analytics, and healthcare transformation. This is a remote role designed for professionals who excel in financial modeling, market analysis, and executive-level consulting.
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in driving diversification opportunities, supporting strategic initiatives, and shaping financial strategies across our healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities

Lead complex financial modeling and advanced analytics to evaluate strategic initiatives, partnerships, divestitures, and capital investments.

Develop ROI analyses, scenario planning, and profitability optimization models to guide decision-making.

Conduct market and competitive analyses to support long-range financial planning and business development.

Translate data into clear, actionable insights for Executive Leadership through compelling reports, presentations, and financial dashboards.

Partner with operational and clinical teams to identify financial improvement opportunities and enhance mission-driven outcomes.

Connect strategic decisions with financial implications, risks, and organizational impact.

Contribute to FP&A best practices for forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

8+ years of finance experience, with a strong background in analytics, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree (MBA or MHA) preferred.

6+ years of experience in strategic finance, healthcare consulting, or business analytics roles.

Strong executive presence with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts into concise insights.
