About the Job
Daktronics is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its global accounting team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key financial partner supporting our manufacturing division and corporate FP&A team. You’ll drive data-driven decision-making through financial modeling, analysis, and performance reporting that align with Daktronics’ mission to design, engineer, and support world-class digital LED display and audio systems.
Key Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis and reporting to support operations and align with company strategies.

Review and communicate forecasts, models, and KPIs; provide updates to the CFO’s office.

Analyze quarterly and monthly financials, capital planning, and cost performance.

Deliver actionable insights on profitability, costing, and efficiency to guide business decisions.

Develop capacity performance reporting and variance analysis tools.

Collaborate across teams to improve data systems and reporting processes.

Educate teams on financial concepts, policy compliance, and business acumen.

Support manufacturing and corporate analysts using integrated business planning tools.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling (manufacturing or consulting).

Deep understanding of financial statements, costing operations, and manufacturing processes.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.

Effective at managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Must hold a valid driver’s license and meet Daktronics’ Qualified Driver status.

Preferred Skills

Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting system skills (e.g., Power BI, Reporting Services).

Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and inventory valuation principles.

Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Location
This position offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from a Daktronics office.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $85,000 – $125,000 (depending on experience and location).
