Job Summary
Stride, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support multiple business units with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze financial data, develop accurate models, and identify ways to improve operational efficiency and resource utilization. Key Responsibilities

Conduct budgeting and cost reviews, analyzing variances between actual, forecast, and plan.

Update financial forecasts and budget projections regularly.

Perform financial modeling, consolidate large data sets, and improve existing models.

Provide accurate financial materials for monthly close timelines.

Identify and implement process improvements in key financial procedures.

Collaborate with business leaders to summarize and interpret data for decision-making.

Present analytical data in clear, actionable formats.

Lead special financial analyses and assist leadership with decision-making.

Support corporate finance activities, including internal controls and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant financial analysis or business role.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Required Skills and Competencies

Strong understanding of budgeting, consolidation, performance reporting, and analysis.

Knowledge of accounting processes and internal controls.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Customer service orientation and teamwork mindset.

Ability to travel up to 10% and pass a background check.

Estimated Range: $57,384 – $98,992 per year
