Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports
- Complete monthly journal entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare Broker Dealer Regulatory reports, respond to emails from stakeholders, regulators, and front office
- Manage trade exceptions and escalate/resolve as required
- Support overall compliance with SOX processes and controls
Qualifications:
- University graduate with robust communication skills
- 2-5 years experience in a finance position
- Demonstrated keen interest in Capital Markets with a solid understanding of products
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables.
