About the Role:

As a Senior Finance Analyst at CRU, you’ll take the lead in our annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes while delivering in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic decisions. Working closely with the executive team and operational leaders, you’ll provide actionable insights, develop sophisticated financial models, and identify opportunities for process improvements. You’ll also mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued success and growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, profitability, and ROI studies.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support financial planning and analysis.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to the executive team and operational leaders.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify and drive financial efficiencies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the business.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

 

Qualifications Required:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
  • Previous experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Salesforce is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A team player with the discipline and self-motivation to work independently when needed.
