Job Overview – Senior Financial Planning Analyst (Hybrid):
Step into a pivotal role as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst with our client’s finance team in Montgomery County, PA. In this hybrid role, you’ll support the CFO and senior management with impactful financial analysis and reporting to drive strategic decisions.
Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000/year
Location: Montgomery County, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Senior Financial Planning Analyst:
- Data Analysis: Collect and interpret financial and operational data, creating dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Trend Identification: Track KPIs, variances, and trends impacting financial performance and operations.
- Financial Modeling: Develop models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, including cost-benefit and ROI analysis.
- Strategic Insights: Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior management, supporting growth and alignment on initiatives.
- Compliance & Research: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and conduct market research to inform expansion strategies.
Qualifications for the Senior Financial Planning Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics required (MBA/CFA/CMA is a plus).
- Experience: 2-5 years in Financial or Business Analysis required (experience in services, healthcare, or staffing is preferred).
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and analytical tools (Power BI, NetSuite experience preferred).
- Competencies: Critical thinker with excellent communication skills, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
