Job Overview
This position is part of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), specifically supporting the Corporate Technology, Legal, and Global Technology Services (GTS) functions.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with functional and executive leaders to manage financial forecasting, strategic planning, business outlooks, and variance analysis. Your insights will help guide spending, improve cost efficiency, and ensure financial accuracy across corporate functions.
Location: Global (remote or hybrid options available; supports leaders primarily in the U.S.)
Reports To: Director of Corporate FP&A
Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic finance partner for functional leaders, focusing on spend control, optimization, and cost drivers.

Collaborate with leaders to develop commitment forecasts, driving accountability through transparent reporting.

Support the Strategic Plan and Business Outlook processes, including presentation development for leadership.

Lead variance and risk analysis, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring accurate forecasting.

Manage month-end close activities to ensure accounting accuracy and compliance.

Provide monthly/quarterly financial reporting with clear variance explanations for leadership.

Maintain strong financial controls and ensure consistency across organizational reporting.

Track and manage Opex and CapEx projects, including capital expenditures (CERs).

Drive process improvements in financial planning, transparency, and performance monitoring.

Gather and interpret business data to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA or MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in Opex reporting and financial analysis.

Strong knowledge of financial principles, forecasting, budgeting, and integrated analysis.

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.

Experience with Hyperion (PLNCC and PLNWFP) is a plus.

Proven ability to work effectively in dynamic, cross-functional environments with a continuous improvement mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $111,800 – $139,700 (USD) — varies based on experience, qualifications, and location.
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentives + Benefits
