Project Manager – IT (Hybrid, Fredericton)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Modernization Project in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee EMR implementation in community care settings, focusing on digital transformation and modernization.
- Manage project lifecycle: planning, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, and risk/change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on-time and within budget.
- Develop project documentation, integration plans, and training programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years as a Senior Project Manager.
- 5+ years’ experience managing eHealth or EMR projects in Canada.
- 12+ years in IM/IT project management.
- Strong change management, team leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare projects.
- Recognized Project Management certifications (PMP preferred).
- Experience facilitating EMR adoption and training.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
Location: Hybrid (On-site in Fredericton during onboarding; 2 days/month after).
