Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Organizational Enablement & Compliance to design and implement HR strategies for business integrations, with a focus on onboarding, retention, and employee engagement.

  • Develop and maintain best-in-class HR playbooks, frameworks, and processes to guide HR teams through business expansions, mergers, and acquisitions from initial planning to full integration.

  • Act as the primary HR lead on new business ventures, partnering with both business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to coordinate and execute integration plans.

  • Conduct due diligence assessments to identify HR-related risks and opportunities, covering areas such as compensation, benefits, company culture, and talent retention.

  • Partner with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with all employment laws, tax requirements, and benefit obligations throughout the integration process.

  • Advise business leaders and HRBPs on managing cultural integration, identifying potential challenges, and implementing strategies to align organizational cultures.

  • Lead HR communications and change management initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions, including crafting communications and delivering presentations to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Oversee the integration of HR systems and processes—such as HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration—ensuring a seamless transition for impacted employees.

  • Conduct post-integration reviews to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and consultants.

  • Take on additional project responsibilities and tasks as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, ideally within e-commerce or retail

  • At least 2 years of experience leading global HR programs or workstreams related to mergers and acquisitions

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences

  • Proven ability to manage both strategic and tactical priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels

  • Experience in proposal writing and managing confidential information

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Preferred: Compliance and/or Program Management certifications

  • Flexibility to work varied hours based on project demands, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed


Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $155,500 – $222,000 USD (based on experience, skills, education, and location)

  • Additional Compensation: Eligible for 401(k), new hire equity grant, and annual equity awards
