Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Internal Auditor to join our Global Internal Audit team. This role is responsible for conducting internal audits across our Corporate and North America operations, with the opportunity to support international audits in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific regions. Key Responsibilities

Plan and perform audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Assess compliance with corporate policies, US GAAP, IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and applicable regulations.

Develop audit work papers, reports, and documentation to support audit findings and management action plans.

Communicate audit progress, roadblocks, and key observations through regular updates and closing meetings with business stakeholders and audit leadership.

Contribute to global audit initiatives and competency centers, collaborating with team members to share insights, trends, and best practices across regions.

Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of remediation efforts on previously identified audit issues.

Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering professional and open communication with auditees while maintaining objectivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to departmental projects, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Ensure quality, timeliness, and efficiency in audit execution and reporting.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

4+ years of audit experience in a Big 4 firm and/or corporate internal audit role; additional finance experience is a plus.

Solid understanding of risk and control frameworks such as COSO and COBIT.

Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or CISM are preferred; candidates without certification are expected to obtain one within 1–3 years.

Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and FMCG/manufacturing environments is preferred.

Strong analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work across time zones, and adapt to various business systems and functions.

Willingness to travel up to 25%.
