Requisition Summary
Join a high-performing team responsible for conducting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT compliance reviews in a fast-paced IT environment. This role ensures that internal control activities align with management directives, policies, standards, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and evaluate information to gain insights into business processes and risk assessments.
- Plan and execute SOX control testing over financial systems and IT General Controls (ITGC) to ensure compliance with PACCAR standards.
- Present audit findings to auditees and the Controller for discussion.
- Identify trends and opportunities for enhancing IT controls and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary support.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a global team.
- Conduct business with the highest ethical standards and maintain confidentiality.
- Stay updated on evolving IT policies, standards, industry best practices, and compliance regulations.
- Be willing to travel domestically or internationally as required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT auditing (public accounting experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of COBIT, COSO, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
- Expertise in IT risks, IT controls, and ITGC processes.
- Familiarity with enterprise-wide systems such as IBM Z-Series, IBM i-Series, SAP, data lakes, Windows, and Linux (preferred).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with employees at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, or Computer Science.
- CISA, CISSP, or equivalent certification required.
