The Role

As Senior Manager, Compensation – Global Supply Chain, you will be a key resource for compensation strategy and execution, focusing on salaried employees across the global organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Compensation – Global Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in shaping competitive and effective compensation programs that attract and retain top talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor on compensation matters, including incentive plan design, job grading, market pricing, internal equity, and compensation structures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support global job architecture, market assessments, training, and communication initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation, education, communication, and administration of compensation programs.
  • Analyze and summarize compensation data to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Partner with Labor Relations, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition to align compensation strategies with business needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights to identify potential retention risks and optimize compensation planning.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in compensation management.

Who You Are

You thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment, are eager to learn and grow, and are passionate about making an impact. You also bring:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
  • Workday experience (required).
  • Background in a durable goods company (preferred).
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive results.
  • Project management, change management, and communication expertise.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
