Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a global HR team focused on operations, compliance, and HR technology.

Design and execute strategies that streamline HR processes, enhance automation, and improve service delivery aligned with business goals.

Oversee and continuously improve HR systems to enhance functionality, data reporting, and user experience.

Contribute to the global People strategy by delivering integrated solutions across functions.

Define and implement roadmaps for HR technologies and operational workflows.

Ensure compliance with international employment laws, working closely with Legal and People teams to mitigate risks.

Establish and maintain policies and procedures that reflect both legal standards and company culture.

Lead change management initiatives related to HR technology, policy updates, and process adoption across the organization.

Use people analytics to monitor key HR metrics, enabling data-informed decisions and ongoing enhancements.

Design and enhance employee lifecycle experiences—from onboarding and internal mobility to alumni engagement.

Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to align and promote consistent People practices company-wide.

Act as a cultural ambassador by embodying and promoting Bio-Techne’s EPIC values—Empowerment, Passion, Innovation, and Collaboration.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role—preferably within a global organization.
Skills & Knowledge:

Deep expertise in Workday HCM—from implementation to optimization and reporting.

Strong understanding of international labor laws and HR compliance standards.

Demonstrated ability to influence leadership, manage change, and implement creative solutions aligned with business needs.

Proven success in managing and developing high-performing, globally distributed HR teams.

Excellent project management and continuous improvement skills.

Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to derive insights from HR metrics for strategic planning.
