The Opportunity: Senior Manager, Human Resources
Are you a strategic and people-focused HR leader with a passion for shaping positive employee experiences? Convoso is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead and elevate our HR operations while strengthening a high-performance, inclusive culture. This hands-on role will focus on building scalable HR processes, driving employee engagement, and acting as a strategic advisor to both leadership and employees.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Process Optimization

Lead the enhancement and scalability of HR processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.

Manage and optimize HRIS platforms and other HR technology tools to improve reporting, data accuracy, and automation.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and employee well-being.
Employee Engagement & Relations

Design and execute engagement initiatives that boost morale and foster strong connections across teams.

Manage complex employee relations matters with fairness, professionalism, and compliance.

Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and leadership, promoting open communication and a culture of respect.
Culture Development

Drive programs that reinforce Convoso’s core values and strengthen our cultural identity.

Lead initiatives to celebrate employee achievements and enhance workplace belonging.

Encourage inclusive behaviors and support company-wide cultural alignment.
Leadership Support & Performance Development

Provide consultative support to managers on team development, performance coaching, and leadership effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s (MBA or MA HR) preferred
-
7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in a senior or managerial HR generalist role

Proven ability to build and scale HR operations in dynamic, fast-paced environments
-
Strong expertise in employee relations, engagement, and cultural development

Experience supporting compensation analysis, payroll, and benefits
-
Exceptional event planning and project management capabilities

Demonstrated leadership in DEI programs and inclusive workplace practices
-
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., PayCor, ClearCo, Bonusly, My 90), plus Microsoft Office and Google Suite
-
Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills at all organizational levels

Preferred certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR
