Remote Opportunity (Colorado Only) – Senior Manager of Employee Relations

Do you have a passion for people and Colorado? The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Employee Relations to champion positive employee experiences.

As a leader within OIT, you’ll leverage your expertise in HR best practices to drive our organizational goals. You’ll lead and coach our HR Business Partner team, fostering an inclusive environment and providing strategic guidance on employee relations and HR matters. Your strong business acumen and HR knowledge will be crucial in cultivating a culture of accountability and leading impactful workplace initiatives.

In this key role, you will:

  • Cultivate a culture of accountability and empowerment across the organization.
  • Provide expert consultation and guidance on complex employee relations and HR issues.
  • Lead and manage workplace investigations, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Coach and mentor managers on effective employee relations and performance management strategies.
  • Champion equitable and inclusive practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead the development and implementation of employee and leader assessment programs.
  • Administer and contribute to the development of key HR policies and projects.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • A minimum of six years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including at least one year in a senior or lead capacity.
  • A minimum of three years of experience directly managing Human Resources professionals.
