Key Responsibilities:

Lead customers in identifying high-impact network operations for automation using ITSM data

Analyze existing network architectures and design automation workflows using NetBrain tools (Runbooks, Qapps, Dataviews, etc.)

Develop and deliver training to empower customer teams to build their own automations

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Automation Architects, and Technical Support

Create automation content by researching vendor integrations and public domain resources

Support global enterprises and MSPs in transforming their network operations
Qualifications:

Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience

Strong foundation in networking concepts and technologies

Prior consulting or post-sales services experience preferred

Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills
