Position Overview:
Kayne Anderson is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join its Infrastructure and Platform Services team. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with expertise in both cloud and on-prem network environments, especially Azure.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and secure LAN/WAN and Azure network infrastructure

Manage network monitoring and respond to NOC alerts

Lead and train offshore NOC teams

Administer O365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)

Manage server certificates, domains, and DNS

Contribute to disaster recovery planning and testing

Provide high-level support for remote offices and enterprise infrastructure

Available for after-hours support as needed
Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in network/infrastructure roles

Strong Azure networking expertise (ExpressRoute, BGP, SD-WAN, etc.)

Deep experience with firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Azure Firewall)

Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., LogicMonitor, TICK stack)

Proficiency in IAM (Active Directory, AzureAD, Okta, Duo)

Experience supporting Linux-hosted applications

Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
