As a Senior Network Engineer, you’ll play a key role in scaling and evolving Roblox’s Data Center Network infrastructure to support explosive user growth. From building high-performance compute (HPC) fabrics to driving next-gen AI/ML network architectures, this is a hands-on opportunity to lead design, deployment, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:

Design and operate large-scale Data Center Network infrastructure.

Engineer scalable, future-proof network solutions using cutting-edge hardware (100G/400G).

Troubleshoot BGP and other network protocols (IPv4/IPv6, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Collaborate across teams on build-outs, automation, telemetry, and reliability.

Mentor junior engineers and support global infrastructure via on-call rotation.
What You Bring:

6+ years in large-scale network design and operations.

Deep knowledge of CLOS architectures and BGP.

Experience in multi-vendor environments and Linux networking.

Familiarity with Python, Go, or similar languages.

BS degree or equivalent experience.
