At Panda Restaurant Group, we’re looking for a Senior Network Engineer who will take ownership of ensuring our global network infrastructure is operating at peak performance. In this key role, you will configure, maintain, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems to support our business growth and daily operations. You will also lead network-related projects and act as the technical lead for disaster recovery planning.

This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic planning, giving you the opportunity to make a broad and meaningful impact on our business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance and reliability of global LAN/WAN infrastructure to support business continuity

  • Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, wireless systems, and firewalls

  • Troubleshoot network issues and provide proactive capacity planning recommendations

  • Apply firmware updates and patches to enhance security and functionality

  • Maintain and support virtual infrastructure, including VMs and SAN systems

  • Lead network-related projects and serve as the technical lead for disaster recovery initiatives

  • Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

  • Collaborate across IS teams and interact with vendors to evaluate and recommend new solutions

  • Develop and maintain network documentation and provide technical reporting


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or equivalent (or 12+ years of relevant experience)

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in network engineering

  • Certifications required: CCNA and MCITP or VCP

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to complete mandatory training and obtain a valid Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment
