Role Overview:
GDIT is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Administrator to deliver solutions that simplify complex challenges. This role focuses on administering PeopleSoft applications tailored to client requirements, ensuring optimal system performance, and enhancing the end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft environments, including PeopleTools, application, web, and integration servers.

Apply patches, updates, and bundles to maintain system stability and security.

Lead PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, and migration projects.

Troubleshoot PeopleCode, debug system issues, and analyze logs.
-
Administer change management processes during code migrations and upgrades.

Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.

Maintain application change management tools and ensure documentation is clear and up-to-date.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support PeopleSoft integrations and middleware like Oracle WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Oracle Phire ACM.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

10+ years of PeopleSoft administration experience, including PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM and PeopleTools 8.5x or later.

Expertise in Oracle or similar relational databases.

Strong skills in application, web server, integration broker, and process scheduler administration.

Knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, Oracle Linux OS, and automation tools.

Self-starter with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with automation tools and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Familiarity with PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and integration tools.
