About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all statistical activities for assigned clinical trials.

  • Contribute to protocol development aligned with the broader development plan, including drafting statistical analysis plans and managing reporting tasks.

  • Support the execution of statistical analyses and offer consultation within cross-functional teams.

  • Champion the adoption of innovative methodologies and trial designs under the guidance of the Lead Statistician.

  • Partner with clinical, regulatory, and other strategic teams to support data-driven decision-making within assigned programs or indications.

  • Collaborate with functions such as data management, programming, and medical writing to ensure timely and high-quality statistical deliverables.

  • Participate in external engagements, including work with consultants, advisory boards, regulatory agencies, and presentations at scientific meetings or conferences.


Role Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • PhD in statistics or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 7+ years of experience.

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range (as of 1/1/25 – 12/31/25): $119,700 to $222,300 per year. Final compensation will depend on factors like location, experience, skills, and qualifications.

  • Total Rewards: May include sign-on bonuses, stock options, discretionary incentives, 401(k) contributions, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid leave (e.g., vacation, sick time, parental leave).

  • Employment is on an at-will basis, and compensation may be adjusted based on individual and company performance or market conditions.
