Senior Privacy Analyst – Collective Health
The Senior Privacy Analyst at Collective Health is responsible for managing and responding to privacy incidents and inquiries in compliance with HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws. This role serves as a trusted resource for privacy-related matters, ensuring timely and accurate handling of incidents while supporting the broader Privacy Program. The analyst will collaborate across teams to investigate breaches, review audit logs, implement corrective actions, and maintain documentation and reporting to support compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage privacy incidents involving protected health information (PHI), including investigation, documentation, and breach determination.

Review technical logs, audit trails, and incident details to identify causation and responsibility.

Document incidents, inquiries, and investigative actions in appropriate systems.

Apply privacy laws to assist with breach determinations and implement corrective actions or training to prevent recurrence.

Trend and track privacy inquiries from internal partners; develop processes to monitor patterns.

Assist with third-party privacy audits, investigations, and operational aspects of the Privacy Program.

Draft, review, and maintain privacy policies, procedures, and training materials.

Support system-wide privacy initiatives and programs.
Qualifications:

3+ years experience in healthcare.

3–5 years experience supporting HIPAA-based privacy programs.

1–3 years experience with access management or monitoring systems (e.g., Imprivata, Protenus).

Strong knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA.

Excellent judgment and ability to work independently or collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Lehi, UT: $85,750–$107,000

Plano, TX: $94,750–$118,000

Remote (Eligible States): $85,750–$118,000

Flexible work arrangements with expectations of at least two days per week in-office where applicable.
