Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement dashboards and reports with meaningful KPIs for digital properties to help stakeholders achieve their goals.

Analyze user behavior and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the user experience.

Conduct A/B testing in partnership with Product Managers and UI/UX designers, evaluating results to understand incremental benefits.

Perform deep analyses to track the health of digital properties, identifying bugs or data discrepancies to enhance performance.

Develop measurement plans to ensure key actions and engagements on web and mobile properties are accurately tracked.

Communicate analysis results effectively, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Analyze social media data to identify trends, sentiment, and valuable consumer insights.
Qualifications:

At least 4 years of experience as a digital analyst.

Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Pendo, or Mixpanel.

Strong experience in creating measurement plans, debugging, and collaborating with engineering teams.

Expertise in analyzing product usage data to inform product strategy and roadmaps.

Experience partnering with product and design teams on A/B testing.

Skilled in creating clear data visualizations for diverse stakeholders using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of SQL or programming languages (Python, R) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with social media data analysis and social listening.

Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Compensation: The annual salary range for NYC-based applicants is $95,000 – $105,000. Factors such as experience, geographic location, and market benchmarks determine the final salary. The total compensation package includes base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
