Responsibilities

  • Lead client stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather insights and project requirements.
  • Recommend solutions aligned with client needs, product capabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Gather and document business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements, along with project KPIs.
  • Serve as the Agile Product Owner, facilitating Agile SCRUM ceremonies such as backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint planning, roadmap creation, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on technology platforms and systems used throughout the project lifecycle, including client training on system usage, content authoring, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Streamline processes, identify operational efficiencies, manage resources and project timelines, and assist with cost estimates and budget management.

Minimum Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience analyzing business requirements and creating functional specifications, user scenarios, and process flows for technical teams.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Successful launch of at least 3 IT platforms or software solutions for enterprise-level clients.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and/or Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end website implementation projects from discovery through development.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Kentico, Optimizely, Sitecore, AEM, or similar.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in client-facing and internal team settings.
  • Experience working closely with Creative, UX, Development, and QA teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an agency or consulting environment.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a specific technology or industry vertical.
  • Familiarity with managing projects involving complex platform and API integrations.
  • Experience overseeing large-scale projects/accounts exceeding $1MM.
  • Background in projects related to the insurance industry.
