Responsibilities

  • Lead client stakeholder sessions and conduct interviews to gather insights.
  • Recommend solutions based on product capabilities, client needs, and industry best practices.
  • Gather, document, and define business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements, as well as project KPIs.
  • Serve as an Agile Product Owner by managing Agile SCRUM ceremonies, including backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint planning, roadmap development, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Provide strategic oversight of project technology and systems, training clients on system usage, content authoring, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop and optimize processes, identify efficiencies, manage resources and projects effectively, and contribute to estimating and budgeting efforts.

Minimum Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis, functional specification development, user scenario creation, and process flow documentation.
  • Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Successfully launched at least three IT platforms or software solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Proven track record of leading website implementation projects from discovery through development.
  • Experience working directly within CMS platforms such as Kentico, Optimizely, Sitecore, AEM, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills with both internal teams and clients.
  • Experience collaborating with Creative, UX, Development, and QA teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an agency or consulting environment.
  • Expertise in a specific technology or industry vertical.
  • Experience managing projects with diverse platform and API integrations.
  • Experience handling projects or accounts valued at $1MM+.
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry.
