Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research and leverage both qualitative and quantitative insights to ensure new products meet customer needs and expectations.

  • Develop a deep understanding of user behavior and pain points through customer research, user-centric design principles, and collaboration with customer-facing teams.

  • Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to define the vision, roadmap, and strategic objectives for our products.

  • Operate within an Agile development environment, partnering closely with engineering and QA teams to design, build, test, and successfully launch product releases.

  • Create and maintain the product roadmap while leading feature prioritization to ensure we are solving the right problems for both our customers and the business.

  • Own key product metrics and processes to track and optimize product usage, customer retention, and engagement.

Requirements

Skills, Qualifications, and Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.

  • Proven track record of building and delivering successful products across iOS, Android, and web platforms.

  • Demonstrated success in driving impactful results within a SaaS, software, or technology-focused company.

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies.

  • Skilled in documenting product requirements with attention to detail.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Experience or knowledge of the construction industry is a strong plus.
