Job Responsibilities:

  • Product & Feature Analytics: Support data collection and evaluation to measure key performance indicators and drive product improvements.

  • Customer/Client Needs: Research and verify customer needs, creating value within profitability targets. Build and maintain customer connections, gather feedback, and improve the overall customer experience.

  • Product Roadmap & Development: Develop and manage the product roadmap, communicate with cross-functional teams, and drive the delivery of new features/products using an MVP approach.

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy. Work on problem formulation, explore new product ideas, and guide teams toward solutions, focusing on product-market fit.

  • Stakeholder Consensus & Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, navigate complex discussions, and ensure alignment on product strategy.

  • Technology Orientation: Understand and influence technology decisions, represent technology requirements, and drive informed discussions with engineering teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 5 years of experience in product management.

  • Option 2: 7 years of experience in product management or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area.

  • 4 years of experience as a product manager, ideally working with large-scale, complex B2B/C consumer-facing products.

  • Experience in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
