Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable and portable software architectures for Windows on Snapdragon devices powered by Qualcomm SoCs.
Collaborate closely with internal core technology teams to define and implement a strategic roadmap of software solutions for OEMs, ODMs, and third-party application developers.
Leverage strong technical expertise to drive software engineering initiatives aligned with product and business goals. Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to align priorities and build consensus.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Windows Operating System and its integration with diverse hardware platforms.
Ensure software portability across multiple hardware generations, optimizing for performance and compatibility.
Analyze software product gaps, formulate strategic recommendations, and present findings to internal teams and executive leadership to guide product direction and expand market opportunities.
Work with both internal stakeholders and external partners to perform performance analysis, benchmarking, and software optimization.
Collaborate across functional and project teams to achieve key milestones and deliverables.
Make informed decisions in the face of ambiguity, balancing conflicting requirements to influence policies and guide the software development lifecycle.
Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables for complex initiatives.
Serve as a technical leader, taking ownership of project outcomes while mentoring and guiding engineering teams through technical challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Humanities, or a related field.
4 or more years of experience in Product Management or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related area.
2+ years of experience managing project budgets or financial planning.
2+ years of experience negotiating contracts or agreements with third-party vendors.
2+ years of experience operating within large, matrixed organizational structures.
