The Opportunity
Sibel Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in aligning our product strategy with commercial priorities, market opportunities, and customer execution. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams—including Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Engineering, and Clinical—to ensure our product offerings evolve into scalable, high-impact solutions. You’ll shape go-to-market strategies, define compelling value propositions, and ensure product execution drives real-world adoption and success.

What You’ll Be Working On
Commercial Strategy & Product Positioning

Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and sales to define product-market fit and translate technical features into customer-centric value.

Shape messaging and positioning for key verticals, including hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutions.

Support development of sales materials, training resources, and product narratives that highlight benefits, use cases, and competitive advantages.

Work closely with strategic accounts and channel partners to gather integration requirements, refine offerings, and support key deployments.
Product Planning & Execution

Translate market insights and commercial feedback into actionable product requirements and roadmap priorities.

Partner with engineering and design to ensure feature development meets customer needs while staying feasible and on schedule.

Align internal teams on product launches, success metrics, customer handoffs, and feedback cycles.
Customer Engagement & Market Insight

Engage directly with users and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate concepts, and inform strategic decisions.

Analyze competitive offerings, pricing models, and market dynamics to shape product differentiation and positioning.

Support sales in pre-sales discussions, pilot programs, and strategic co-development initiatives.
Lifecycle & Portfolio Management

Drive ongoing improvements based on customer usage, clinical insights, and evolving business needs.

Ensure product alignment with growth goals, user needs, and operational capabilities.

Partner with clinical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and usability best practices.
About You

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.

3+ years of product management experience in medical devices, digital health, remote patient monitoring, or healthcare technology.

Proven track record managing cross-functional product development from ideation to commercialization.

Familiarity with FDA regulatory pathways and clinical validation requirements for medical devices.

Understanding of B2B healthcare sales and commercial workflows.

Experience supporting go-to-market strategies, onboarding, or partner integrations.

Strong communication and presentation skills; confident working with engineers, clinicians, and business leaders.

Able to manage multiple priorities with strong time management and organizational skills.
