Overview
RealPage is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, development, and optimization of our mobile application. This role requires a strong background in mobile product management, user-centric design, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences that support key areas of our business including Leasing, Payments, Moving, and Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear mobile product vision aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Requirements Gathering: Translate stakeholder needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, UX/UI design, QA, and Resident Solutions teams to ensure successful delivery.
- User-Centric Approach: Use market analysis, research, and data insights to prioritize features and enhance UX.
- Agile Product Management: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs to measure app success, iterate based on analytics and feedback.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present roadmaps, updates, and performance metrics to leadership.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitiveness.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in mobile app development (iOS/Android).
- Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing mobile apps.
- Experience leading agile teams in fast-paced environments.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of mobile development lifecycles, APIs, SDKs, and app store guidelines.
- Proficiency with product and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
- Ability to bridge technical and business conversations.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic settings.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with mobile monetization models (subscriptions, in-app purchases).
- Background in UX/UI design or user research.
- Knowledge of cloud-based architectures or mobile backend services.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $93,600 – $159,400 (depending on location, experience, and qualifications).
