iM Responsible For

  • Creating, communicating, and championing a clear vision that delivers valuable, actionable, and user-friendly data-driven insights for both internal and external users of the iManage platform.

  • Leading the end-to-end product direction and strategy for records management and information governance across the platform.

  • Gathering and prioritizing customer and product requirements while maintaining a clear and actionable product backlog.

  • Developing and communicating the product roadmap aligned with business and customer needs.

  • Facilitating product advisory panels with strategic customer input.

  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams across the organization to implement industry-aligned information governance practices.

  • Partnering with cross-functional product teams to ensure new features deliver meaningful customer outcomes.

  • Supporting marketing and sales with competitive analysis and strategic positioning.

  • Representing the product strategy to analysts and customers in executive-level briefings.

  • Engaging proactively with internal stakeholders throughout the product release cycle.


iM Qualified Because I Have

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

  • In-depth knowledge of the information governance landscape, including trends in eDiscovery, cybersecurity, and data compliance.

  • Practical experience in records management, particularly within the legal sector.

  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Proven ability to communicate with and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision clearly.

  • Strong analytical abilities, including market research and competitive intelligence.

  • Determination and follow-through to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution.

  • A growth mindset and adaptability to evolving technologies and market needs.
