About the Role:
We are seeking a highly impactful Senior Product Manager, Safety, to join our Product team at Snap Inc.
What you’ll do:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical safety and regulatory compliance product areas to enhance trust and safety on Snapchat.
- Establish goals and take ownership of performance against key business metrics related to community safety and compliance, proactively driving accountability.
- Continuously iterate and identify new opportunities to improve features through data analysis, user research, and design thinking.
- Lead the team’s roadmaps and execution from end to end, including planning, design, development, and launch, while producing comprehensive documentation and sharing insights across the company.

- Proven ability to lead teams to deliver significant, measurable results.
- Detail-oriented leader capable of deep involvement in all team projects when necessary.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
- Ability to navigate complex product areas and gain executive buy-in.
- Highly proactive with a strong ability to independently initiate and implement complex projects.
- Strong collaboration and trust-building skills with engineers, operations, data science, and other cross-functional partners.
- Creative problem-solver with a systems-level thinking approach.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience at a consumer or enterprise technology company.
- 2+ years of experience in trust & safety, anti-abuse, or regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience writing complex SQL and conducting descriptive and predictive analytics.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
- A strong passion for Snapchat!
