About the Role
Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery is revolutionizing secure package delivery, and we’re seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager – Tech to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences. In this role, you’ll shape the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead initiatives that redefine secure delivery solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product strategy for Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery.

Define long-term vision and enhance customer experiences with secure delivery solutions.

Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and program management teams.

Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.

Lead requirement definition, product design, and feature development.

Own and track key business metrics and performance indicators.

Advocate for innovative concepts and drive stakeholder alignment.
About You

5+ years of experience in product management, technology, or business development.

Strong background in end-to-end product delivery and roadmap strategy.

Ability to balance feature trade-offs and make data-driven decisions.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Compensation: $136,100 – $235,200 (varies by location, experience, and qualifications)
