Where do you fit in?
As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of our in-house communication platform, building and improving capabilities such as chat, photo sharing, and video calls. You’ll take full ownership of the job management process, ensuring seamless tracking and completion of jobs for both consumers and tradespeople. You will work in close partnership with our Trade, MarTech, and Data teams to ensure communication tools evolve in tandem with the marketplace’s dynamic demands. This role offers a unique opportunity to redefine the landscape of communication and job management at Checkatrade.
