In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Office Leaders and Project Managers, translating financial data into clear, actionable information to optimize office and project performance. Your creative problem-solving skills will be essential.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Office Leaders and Project Managers, translating financial data into clear, actionable information to optimize office and project performance. Your creative problem-solving skills will be essential.

What you’ll bring:

  • Finance/accounting or related degree with 5-10 years of accounting experience in a professional services setting (architecture or design preferred).
  • Strong analytical, initiative, and independent/collaborative work skills.
  • Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and time management abilities.
  • Adaptable and hands-on working style.
  • Proficiency in Deltek and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
