Company Details

Our client is a Construction Management and Development company based in the lower mainland that’s been in business for over 10 years. They have a strong project pipeline into 2028 and have been primarily focused on multi-family projects.

Due to their growth and the number of projects they have secured, they are looking to bring in an experienced Senior Project Manager to help build out processes and further scale the company.

Role Details

  • Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
  • Manage project budgets and track expenses- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Construction Project Management responsibilities
  • Experience with Multi-family mid-rise builds + wood frame builds
  • Experience overseeing 2 or more projects from start to finish.
  • Having a Local Trades network to utilize and prior experience hiring site teams
  • Experience with Procore
