Your Role at Boldt: Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of large, complex construction projects—from concept to final commissioning. You’ll serve as a hands-on leader, overseeing project teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, budgets, and schedules, and promoting a high level of quality. This role requires strong mentorship skills and strategic oversight to ensure each project aligns with Boldt’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Safety

Lead, inspire, and manage high-performing project teams; ensure operational effectiveness and clear accountability.

Quality

Ensure project teams fully understand all contract documents, codes, plans, and specifications.

Lead the implementation of Boldt’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Built-in Quality (BiQ) processes.

Oversee design reviews, material recommendations, and cost estimates.
Schedule
-
Direct the Boldt Production System (BPS), including master planning, daily tracking, and production strategies.

Facilitate trade coordination, planning meetings, and procurement timelines to maintain project momentum.

Manage site logistics and maintain up-to-date visual planning tools.
Cost

Maintain control of project budgets, expenditures, and revenue goals.

Continuously evaluate financial performance, ensuring alignment with budget and schedule targets.

Provide timely and accurate project status reports to stakeholders.
Risk

Oversee all contract documentation and procurement of materials and services.

Lead risk identification, analysis, and mitigation efforts across the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with Boldt’s project control procedures and initiate corrective actions as needed.

What We’re Looking For
-
Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
-
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
-
10+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up healthcare construction.
-
3+ years’ experience with OSHPD/HCAI regulations.
-
Experience with IPD, LEAN, and IFOA methodologies in healthcare projects is strongly preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 and project management software.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, production planning, and lean practices.

Compensation & Location

Anticipated Salary Range: $168,300 – $226,700 per year
-
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.

This position is expected to be based in San Francisco, CA. If located elsewhere, the salary range may be adjusted accordingly.
