We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Reporting Data Analyst to join our data and reporting team at Bromford. As a Senior Reporting Data Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in delivering clear, accurate reports and dashboards that support business decisions. This is a great opportunity for a data expert who thrives on transforming complex data into practical, meaningful insights — all while leading a small team of reporting analysts and contributing to process improvements.

This permanent, full-time position is based at our Wolverhampton office, with regular remote working available. A basic DBS and consumer check will be required.

 Key Responsibilities for a Senior Reporting Data Analyst

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Senior Reporting Data Analyst, you will:

  • Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards

  • Ensure data accuracy and quality across reporting tools

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance data-driven decisions

  • Identify opportunities for reporting process improvements

  • Lead and mentor a small reporting team

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional eager to develop leadership skills and make a tangible business impact.

 Essential Skills and Experience

To succeed as a Senior Reporting Data Analyst, you should have:

  • Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau

  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros

  • SQL experience for managing large datasets

  • Familiarity with ERP systems like D365, SAP, or Oracle (preferred)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent time management and communication skills

  • A degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
