Opportunity: Senior Revenue Accountant – Shape the Future of Cancer Care

As a Senior Revenue Accountant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate revenue recognition as we build a more modern and connected oncology ecosystem.
Your Impact:
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS (specifically IFRS 15) by reviewing customer contracts and creating accurate billing and revenue schedules.
- Manage month-end close processes for revenue accounts in NetSuite and Salesforce, including validation, journal entries, reconciliations, and process improvements.
- Prepare insightful monthly and quarterly analytical reports.
- Research and resolve complex revenue recognition issues, documenting findings and analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance Operations, Business Operations, Legal, Sales, etc.) to optimize processes and support new business integrations.
- Ensure accurate application of sales and use tax.
- Support external audits and drive continuous improvement in accounting practices.
- Contribute to ad-hoc analyses and special projects.
Who You Are:
- You are a CPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- You possess 3-4 years of experience in Big Four or national public accounting OR 4+ years of combined public accounting and industry experience with a focus on Revenue Technical Accounting.
- You have a strong understanding of ASC 606 or IFRS 15.
- You are proficient in technical accounting research and can proactively determine accounting impacts.
- You excel at managing multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
- You are a detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver who can work independently to meet deadlines.
- You have a proven ability to apply revenue accounting expertise to mitigate risks.
- You possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- You have strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Netsuite ERP and Salesforce.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting for Clinical Research Organizations, measure of progress revenue recognition, data licensing, and/or SaaS revenue.
- Fluency in German or Japanese.
