For nearly 50 years, LG Component Solutions has been providing meaningful and differentiated values to customers by achieving world class eco-friendly & energy saving compression and motor technologies. LG is continuously evolving its high-precision machining and assembly technologies from accumulated techniques to generate top of the line compression and inverter solutions optimized for residential and commercial environment to deliver top notch satisfaction for our partners.
As the Senior Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for the management, identification, qualification and capture of compressor business development opportunities within their assigned HVAC OEM account(s).
Key Responsibilities
You will work with a cross-functional team of Sales Engineer, Demand Planner, and Operations Specialist as the main POC for assigned account(s) to maximize LG Compressor sales revenue and profits
As Account Manager, you will develop value propositions to attract new sales opportunities and implement go-to market strategies unique to the OEM, all while fostering a strategic partnership with our clients
You will be the liaison to communicate future product and technology roadmap between Component Solutions HQ and OEM clients to set up business for long term mutual success
You will take part in national & regional trade shows and supplier outings & conferences as Brand Ambassador to promote LG Component Solutions as the Choice Compression Technology Partner
You will conduct competitive market & price analysis to develop and present RFQ packages and cost reduction/rebate programs
You will consult with LGEUS Legal team to negotiate supply agreements with strategic OEMs
Skills And Qualifications
BA in business or BS in engineering required
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/project management
Knowledge and prior experience in HVAC compressors or motors industry preferred
Strong relationship building, presentation, and communications skills desired
Process driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to pursue and attend additional training related to performance of job
Ability to travel throughout North America and Asia
Ability to travel up to 50%

$70,000—$94,000 USD
