Summary of Roll
The Senior Sales Analyst (Analytical Sales) will be responsible for account management and sales analytics, providing both representation and data-driven insights to key accounts and e-commerce retailers. This role combines sales strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and strengthen relationships with major retail partners.
Primary Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales goals for new and existing products, volume growth, promotional planning, and execution of sales initiatives.

Conduct weekly reporting, tracking, and analysis of online and customer POS data, including sales, inventory, promotions, traffic, conversion, basket size, and spend.

Identify revenue opportunities using Scintilla, Market Share data, and Kids2 POS data.

Perform financial analysis, including ROI on promotions, annual planning, and price elasticity modeling.

Act as a liaison with internal departments such as product development, marketing, manufacturing, logistics, and accounting.

Build strategies to improve sales and profitability while advising buyers and retail partners.

Maintain competitive knowledge of market trends and product activity.

Develop and deliver presentations for senior leadership and customers.

Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
-
2–5 years of experience in sales, sales analytics, or sales enablement in the retail or CPG industry.

Experience with large retailers is required (Amazon, Target, or Walmart strongly preferred).

Experience with Scintilla Charter is highly preferred.

Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations, not just reports.
Education & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and customers.

Critical thinking, problem-solving, and service-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Work Environment

Bentonville office – in-office presence required 3 days per week.

Limited business travel required.

Physical requirements include the ability to sit, talk, use hands flexibly, and occasionally lift up to 25–50 lbs.
