What You’ll Do
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will lead Ridgeline’s business development efforts within a defined territory, focusing on driving new business and cultivating strategic relationships in the asset management space.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead market expansion efforts and generate new business with named accounts in the asset management industry

Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to close—ensuring consistent pipeline progression

Coordinate cross-functional teams across pre-sales, marketing, value management, and sales support

Apply a consultative sales approach to engage and develop strong relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers

Position Ridgeline as the modern, cloud-native alternative to outdated legacy systems

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in Salesforce, including forecasts and activity tracking

Travel as needed (approximately 33%) to develop in-person relationships with key stakeholders

Approach challenges with creativity and ownership while maintaining clear communication throughout the sales process

Foster a collaborative team environment focused on learning, sharing knowledge, and transparency
What You Bring
-
10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with a focus on SaaS or software-based solutions
-
5+ years in a quota-carrying role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals

Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts and cultivating C-suite relationships

Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to coordinate internal teams to deliver results

Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent time management abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Eagerness to learn cutting-edge technologies and build deep domain expertise

Compensation & Benefits

On-target earnings (OTE): $305,000–$335,000, based on experience and qualifications

Equity: All Ridgeline employees are eligible to participate in our Company Stock Plan, subject to the terms of their Stock Option Agreement
